How do I find the shop?
A. Directions are on the website and leaflet (contact us and we will forward
a leaflet to you in the post). We are easily accessible from the M6 motorway
and look out for the brown tourist signs directing off the A500 and A50.
Q. There are two prices on the ticket. Which is the price I pay?
A. You always pay the lowest price displayed.
Q. What is a second, what makes it a second?
A. All our product is subjected to extremely stringent quality testing.
Any product which does not meet the high quality standards will be
rejected and sold as seconds at a lower, discounted price in the
Factory Shop. Most of our customers find it difficult to spot the
fault as it requires a trained and experienced eye to pick up on
the slight defects which make it a second.
Q. Do we offer a shipping service?
A. Yes, please contact us for further information. The shipping costs are
extremely competitive - a quote can be provided on request.
Q. Can you order seconds?
A. No, because of the nature of seconds ware we never know what we will
receive and in what quantity. However, certain product ranges are available
to order at discounted prices. Please ask for further details.
Q. Are there any other Wedgwood Factory Outlets?

Q. Is there adequate parking, can coach parties visit the factory shop?
A. There is ample free parking and coaches are very welcome, with 6 coach
parking spaces available. Coach maps are also available on request.

Q. Is the stock on display all that you have?
A. No. Please ask a member of staff who will be pleased to search
for any other items you may require.
